In a message on “K
ashmir Martyrs’ Day,” he said that the martyrs of July 13, 1931, laid the foundation for today’s freedom movement.
He said that generations of K
ashmiris have been making sacrifices and struggling against the K
ashmiri Hindutva government’s conspiracy to destroy their identity.
Gilani condemned unlawful and tyrannical occupation of Indian forces on Occupied Jammu and K
ashmir.
He reiterated Pakistan’s unwavering support for the right of self-determination of K
ashmiris, affirming Pakistan’s commitment to supporting the freedom movement until the liberation of occupied K
ashmir.
He expressed confidence that the day to end India’s illegal occupation is not far off.
